Mr. Laird is experienced in handling matters concerning Divorce, Complex Property division, Child Custody, Paternity, Taxation issues, Bankruptcy and criminal investigations arising out of the tax code. He is currently a partner of Ashley & Laird and of counsel with the Law Office of Richard C. McConathy.
